We meet ourselves on the page.

Three or more times a week, you’ll write “Notes to Self.”
Where your inner world is honoured.
Where your leadership is refined.
Where your voice is reclaimed.
Through this practice you create from integrity, not urgency.
You move from resonance, not noise.
You allow the next iteration of your life to reveal itself, word by word.
This is a year of sacred accountability – of being witnessed, held, and inspired by community – and of surrendering to the mystery that lingers between the lines, bringing to light the futures you hadn’t yet dared to give yourself.
While writing is a solitary act, this is not a solitary journey.
Three times per month we gather online:
- One hour of teaching and transmission
- Two 75 minute sessions where you share your Notes to Self and are witnessed
- Reflections, resonance, coaching and deepening
When your words are witnessed, something alchemical happens:
Your clarity sharpens. Your courage rises. Your leadership expands.
This is not just a coaching program.
